LizArtworks at Turku Kauppatori — Street Market January 2025

In January 2025, LizArtworks brought its vibrant energy to the Turku Kauppatori street market, setting up a pop-up stall right in the heart of the city. Despite the cool Finnish winter, the stall was full of colour and life — stacks of custom-printed t-shirts, African-inspired textiles, and handmade accessories lined the tables. Hanging displays showcased bold designs featuring African wildlife, cultural motifs, and original LizArtworks artwork. Street markets have always been an important part of the LizArtworks journey. They offer a direct connection to the community — a chance to meet customers face-to-face, share the stories behind the products, and introduce new people to African-inspired design. At the Turku Kauppatori stall, visitors could browse ready-made pieces or watch live heat-press printing in action. Custom t-shirt printing has become one of LizArtworks' signature offerings, allowing customers to choose from a wide range of designs and have them pressed on the spot.
